Q.The combination of AZ Series EtherCAT compatible driver and OMRON Corporation PLC is controlled using MC commands. How many motor resolutions should I set in the axis settings? How should I set the mm or deg setting?

The initial value of the resolution is 10,000 P/R.
Set 10,000 P/R for the motor resolution (the number of pulses per motor revolution) set in Sysmac Studio - axis settings by OMRON Corporation. The resolution setting of the driver can be changed, but Oriental Motor recommends using the initial value when using the MC command. If this is changed, vibration may be increased.
If you would like to configure mm or deg settings, leave the resolution setting at 10,000 P/R and set mm or deg in the axis setting of Sysmac Studio by OMRON Corporation.
