Q.The combination of AZ Series EtherCAT compatible driver and OMRON Corporation PLC is controlled using MC commands. If you run the motor, the command pulse abnormality alarm will trigger after a while. What is the cause of this?

Control Methods: Use the motion control (MC command) of PLC (Operation mode CSP, CSV mode)
This problem occurs when the ring counter setting in the axis settings in Sysmac Studio by OMRON Corporation is not set correctly.
Set the ring counter setting to match the wrap range of the AZ driver.
You can check the wrap range of AZ from the unit information monitor of MEXE02.
The following is a screen of the DGII Series.
A ring counter setting example is shown below.
Motors with a frame size of 42 mm or 60 mm (Other than DGII Series)
Motors with a frame size of 20 mm or 28 mm (Other than DGII Series)
