Support Software MEXE02 Operating Environment
The MEXE02 software supports users with everything from start-up to maintenance.
In addition to setting and editing the operation data and various parameters with a computer, teaching and various types of monitoring can be performed.

Operating Environment
This section provides information about the operating environment for using MEXE02.
Even if your computer meets the following specifications, it may not fully operate depending on the environment.
If the communication between MEXE02 and the product is unsuccessful, please refer to the checklist in "What to check before starting communication" in the setup instructions.
Supported MEXE02 versions vary depending on the product.
Please check the version support status of each Series on the List of Supported Products page, and refer to that information.

- MEXE02 requires Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile. It will be automatically installed if it is not already installed, so 1.5 GB of free space for the 64-bit (x64) version and 600 MB of free space for the 32-bit (x86) version may be required.

The OS must be up-to-date with Windows Update, or install the following.
- Update program KB2670838 or Internet Explorer 11
- Update program KB2999226
- Update program KB2533623, KB3063858, or KB4457144

- The operating condition for the OS must be met.

- Microsoft .NET Core Runtime, Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime, and Microsoft ASP .NET Core - Shared Framework are required for MEXE02 Ver.4. If it is not installed, it will be installed automatically, and in some cases, additional free space may be required.
