Air Flow and Static Pressure Characteristics
The air flow and static pressure characteristics is a graph that shows how much static pressure a fan can generate when it tries to produce a certain air flow by taking the air flow on the horizontal axis and the static pressure on the vertical axis. Point A in the right figure shows the maximum air flow that the fan can produce at 0 static pressure, that is, with no pressure loss. Point B, on the other hand, indicates the maximum static pressure value that the fan can produce and is called the maximum static pressure. However, considering the actual usage conditions of the fan, it is unlikely to be used at maximum air flow or maximum static pressure. For this reason, it can be said that the maximum air flow and maximum static pressure values are used as fan specification values, but they are only reference values for characteristics comparison.
