Types of Driver Cables
Connection Cable Set
This is a set of lead wires with connectors for wiring DC drivers. It is 1 set of lead wires with connectors for the motor, power supply, and I/O signals.
Connection Cable: Power Supply Cable, Signal Cable
This is a shielded cable with a connector for DC driver wiring. To facilitate shield grounding, grounding wires with round terminals are provided from both ends of the cable.
General-Purpose Cable: For I/O Signals
This is a multi-core shielded cable useful for I/O signal wiring of various speed controllers and drivers. To facilitate shield grounding, grounding wires with round terminals are provided from both ends of the cable.
General-Purpose Cable: Straight Type, Right-Angle Type
This is a shielded cable with connector that fits the half-pitch connector mounted on the driver. At the other end of the cable, the laminated lead wires are arranged in the 1.27 mm pitch, which are useful for crimp connectors. To facilitate shield grounding, grounding wires with round terminals are provided from both ends of the cable.
Connector and Terminal Block Conversion Unit
This is a unit of shielded cables with connectors and terminal blocks that fit the half-pitch connector mounted on the driver. I/O signals of the driver can be easily connected with the terminal block. To facilitate shield grounding, grounding wires with round terminals are provided from both ends of the cable.
FLEX Communication Cable: General-Purpose Cables, Dedicated Cable
This cable is convenient for connecting FLEX compatible products to various equipment that is Modbus-controlled by RS-485.
A general-purpose type with a discrete wire at one end of the cable, and a dedicated type that can be directly connected to programmable display units manufactured by Schneider Electric Holdings, Inc. and Hakko Electronics Co., Ltd.
