Mechanical Home: A sensor such as a photomicrosensor or proximity sensor can be installed at the reference point for positioning, and this sensor can be automatically detected by the return-to-mechanical home operation. The reference point where this sensor is installed is called the mechanical home.

Returns to home at high speed (operation pulse speed: VR) from any position in a predetermined sequence while checking the present position with 3 sensors.
