Motor (DC input)

αSTEP AZ Series		The motor is equipped with an ABZO sensor. Reduces the return-to-home time, and eliminates the need for control of external sensors. There are product lines from □20 mm to □60 mm, with various geared types also available.

Electric Actuator (DC input)

These are αSTEP AZ Series equipped electric actuators.

Electric Linear Slides EZS Series		2 types of linear slide sections are available: Straight type and reversed motor type. The simple dust-resistant structure made from a stainless steel sheet prevents ingress of foreign particles and reduces emission of dust.
Electric Linear Slides EZS Series For Clean Room Use		While maintaining the functionality and performance of the EZS Series, this product uses low-dust clean grease for ball screws, guides, and bearings to achieve clean room standards (ISO Standards Class 3).
Electric Cylinders EAC Series		2 types of cylinder sections are available: Straight type and reversed motor type.
Compact Electric Cylinders DR Series		This is a ball screw mechanism product suitable for fine feeding and high precision positioning in a linear motion. More compact products with frame sizes of 20 mm and 28 mm are available. Contributes to space saving and wiring reduction. Push-motion operation also possible.
Compact Electric Cylinders DRS2 Series		This is a ball screw mechanism product suitable for fine feeding and high precision positioning in a linear motion. This is a product line with frame sizes of 42 mm and 60 mm. Contributes to space saving and wiring reduction. Push-motion operation also possible.
Rack-and-Pinion System L Series		In addition to high precision positioning, it can also transport heavy loads to a maximum of 100 kg.
Hollow Rotary Actuators DGII Series		High power drive is possible due to the speed reduction mechanism inside the actuator.
