How to Reset Your Password
You can reset your password by following the steps below.
1. Enter Your E-mail Address

2. Click on the URL Sent to the Email Address You Provided
In order to proceed with the password reissue, click on the URL that will be sent to the email address you provided.
The "Reissue Password URL" is valid for 24 hours from the time of receipt. Please enter the information before the key expires.
3. One-Time Login
This is a one-time use login screen.
Click on the "Login" button to log in to the site and change your password.
The "one-time login" is valid for 24 hours from time of receipt. Please enter the information before the key expires.
4. Enter New Password/Complete Registration
Enter your new password in the "New Password" and "New Password (Confirmation)" fields.
If you are satisfied with the information you have entered, click the "Save" button to complete registration.
About Entering the Password
- Please enter at least 8 characters and no more than 16 characters.
- Only half-width alphanumeric characters and symbols can be entered.
- It is case-sensitive.
- This password is known only to you. For security reasons, we are not able to respond to inquiries regarding passwords. Please be sure to manage your password by yourself.
- If you have forgotten your password, Password reset is required.
