Check the following information.

Password

  • Please enter at least 8 characters and no more than 16 characters.
  • Only half-width alphanumeric characters and symbols can be entered.
  • It is case-sensitive. ("A" and "a" are treated as different characters.)

Q2. I Don't Know My Password

The password is known only to you.
For security reasons, we are not able to respond to inquiries regarding passwords.
If you forgot your password, please reset it.

Q3. I Want to Use a Shared Email Address

A3.

A single email address cannot be registered for multiple users.
Since the email address is used as the login ID, the same email address cannot be used by multiple users.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please register with a different email address.

Q4. The Screen Does Not Advance

After confirming the following, contact the Customer Support.

  • Target page
  • Specific screen status or error messages
  • Type and version of operating system you are using
  • Type and version of browser you are using
  • Approximate date and time of the operation

Q5. The Error Message, "The Email Address You Entered is Already in Use," is Displayed

Since you have already registered with the email address you entered, please reset your password.
Alternatively, please register with a different email address.

Q6. The Error Message "The Email Address Entered is Incorrect," is Displayed

The email address you entered is not registered.

If you have changed your email address (including domain name change), please check the following.

If you can check the contents of your old email address's inbox folder
If you have automatic email forwarding from your old email address to your current email address set up

Please enter your old email address on the "Change Email Address" page and set your new email address.
