If a product you have purchased experiences failure or other issues, please use our inspection and repair service. Inspections are performed free of charge. If you wish to have the product repaired, we will respond to let you know whether repair is possible or not.

Inspection and Repair Request Process

  • ① Customer

    The inspection is free of charge. Before returning a product you have to request an RMA number.

  • ② Oriental Motor
     

    Oriental Motor will inform you about the RMA number

    Oriental Motor will contact you shortly and provide the RMA number.

  • ③ Customer

    Return of the product

    • Please send the goods with all accessories included in the scope of delivery to the address below.
    • Please enclose the RMA confirmation received from us with the return shipment.
    • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the return address label.
    • For your returns Oriental Motor (Europe) GmbH does not take responsibility for any freight charges.
    • Consignments that are not marked with an RMA number can lead to considerable assessment delays.
  • ④ Oriental Motor
     

    Return of the repaired or inspected product to the customer.

    • Oriental Motor will notify you of the result of the inspection.
    • If a repair is necessary, you will receive a cost estimate.
    • Finally Oriental Motor will return the repaired or inspected product to you free of charge.
