CVD Series SC Type Speed Setting Method

Speed Setting

The CVD Series SC Type can be set to 2 different operating speeds: high speed (Speed 1) and low speed (Speed 2).

Speed 1:

Operating speed on the high speed side when M0 input is turned OFF

Speed 2:

Operating speed on the low speed side when M0 input is turned ON

Setting Method (Overview)

Use "Function Setting Switch" and "Speed Setting Switch" to perform speed setting.

Flow of Setting

Select maximum speed of speed 1. (200 r/min or 600 r/min)

Select setting method of Speed 2^*

Set the operating speed for Speed 1 and Speed 2^*

Set acceleration time and deceleration time. (Select from 0.00 s to 3.00 s between 0 and 600 r/min)

Select operating current rate. (100 % or 70 %)

• *There are 2 setting patterns for Speed 1 and Speed 2, and the setting of the SPD2 EN switch (function setting switch No. 2) changes as follows.
