Right-Angle Gearheads

- The Motor Can be Placed at a Right Angle to the Load Shaft, Saving Space
- Hollow Shaft Type and Solid Shaft Type Available
- Motor Combination : Compatible with motors from 25 to 90 W
Features | Right-Angle Gearheads
Ideal for Space Saving
The motor can be placed at a right angle to the load shaft, saving space.

Wide Variation
20 wide and detailed types of gear ratio from 3 to 180. The optimum gear ratio can be selected as if it were a parallel shaft gearhead. Also, the maximum permissible torque is the same as for parallel shaft gearheads.
- The solid shaft type for GE gear cutting has a tapped hole at the shaft end.
Installation Using a Torque Arm (Sold separately)
A torque arm (sold separately) is available to prevent rotation from the reactive force of the load when mounting a hollow shaft gearhead (5GE□RH, 5GU□RH). The torque arm eliminates the need for centering, thus reducing the installation time for the equipment.
Low Cost
The hollow shaft gearhead contributes to the reduction of parts costs and assembly labor by eliminating connecting parts.

Applicable Product
Use in combination with the pinion shaft type. Refer to each motor page for combination specifications.
