Support Software MEXE02 AZ Series Multi-axis Driver Firmware Change History
The driver firmware can be updated using [AZ Driver Firmware Update] for MEXE02 Ver.3.59 or later. The version of the driver in use can be checked in the MEXE02 [Unit Information Monitor (All Axes)].

Firmware updates can be performed with drivers Ver. 2.01 or higher. Firmware update is not available for earlier drivers.
